Volunteer Program

BMBA is bringing back our volunteer program.  There will be an option to buy out your mandatory volunteer duty, or volunteer slots will be offered at different times throughout the season. 

This is an association volunteer program, and is not tied to team duties, which might also be required

Association volunteer duty options will include the following, but not limited to:

• Equipment and Apparel handout

• Coaching

• Manager

• 5U/7U Jamboree - June 13

• 9U Jamboree - June 14

• Pictures - Week of April 20-24

• Parade Float - May 22-24 weekend in conjunction with Beaumont Daze

• Diamond Cleanup - April 19

• Diamond Takedown - fall 2026

• Diamond Preparation - throughout season

• Moving chalk around diamond - throughout season

• 11U-18U tournament - May 29-31

• Equipment and apparel return

• Other(s)

• Families are to fulfill one shift per player within the association.
• If BMBA cancels a shift within 24 hours of the start time, the shift will be considered fulfilled
• if BMBA cancels a shift more than 24 hours of the start time, the volunteer must find another shift.
• If the volunteer cancels a shift more than 48 hours from the start time, there will be no reprecussions
• If the volunteer cancels a shift les than 48 hours from the start time or does not show, an added shift is required in addition to the missed one (2 shifts will not be required)
